LeftyBlogs If you write on state and local political issues, add your blog to your state's feed here. Also you can get your state's feed to add to your own site - free.
Email Lists:
BlogsUnited email list: This email group is a place for open discussion and information sharing by and for locally-focused progressive political bloggers.
There are email lists for African-American, Latino, and gay & lesbian political bloggers.. also many states have state-based lists of bloggers. Ask around to get an invite. If one doesn't exist in your area of interest, start one! Free with Google groups.
Raising Money:
Blogads (must have an invite) and the Liberal Blogads Network - (membership requirements). If you aren't large enough to join LBAN, BlogAds may not be the most effective choice.
ChipIn (widget to collect money via PayPal)
Click To Blue (Progressive ad network, in beta)
BlogPatron (Allows for collecting donations, including monthly)
PayPal (can set up a donate button for yourself)
Google adsense (To run Google adwords, probably not effective unless your blog has a large amount of traffic)
